VIT Vellore Admission, Results, Exam Time Table and Syllabus

VITEEE 2024
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in VIT group of Institutions. VITEEE will be conducted between 19 and 30 April 2024 (Tentatively) at designated centres across India and abroad (No.of days will vary for test cities).

VIT Vellore Course List
VIT Group of Institutions offer 66 Undergraduate, 58 Postgraduate, 15 Integrated Programmes, 2 Research programmes and 2 M.Tech Industrial Programmes. In addition to full-time Ph.D Degrees in Engineering and Management Disciplines, Ph.D. in Science and Languages and Integrated Ph.D. programmes in engineering disciplines. Research Centers, integral of respective schools encourage inter-departmental collaborative participation of students in exciting research projects. A student admitted should register in one of the schools depending on the degree/ programme selected to pursue.

Admission Process:
- VITEEE Application Form Registration: The application form for VITEEE 2024 is currently open and will close on May 31, 2024. Applicants can apply online through the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in.
- VITEEE Exam: VITEEE 2024 will be conducted on April 19 to April 30, 2024 (tentatively). The exam will be held in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- VITEEE Result Declaration: The VITEEE 2024 result will be announced on May 3, 2024 (tentatively) on the official website.
- VITEEE Merit List Generation: Based on the VITEEE 2024 result, a merit list will be prepared for each programme.
- VITEEE Counselling: Eligible candidates will be invited for VITEEE counselling, where they will be allotted a seat based on their merit and choice of programmes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age: 17 years as of July 31, 2024
- Pass in 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects and English as one of the elective subjects
- Minimum aggregate of 70% in PCM and 50% in English
